Every Middle and Upper School SCH Academy faculty member completes the G.O.A. Designing for Online Learning program, a "nuts and bolts" primer on online teaching and learning for educators. This program is also open to any interested Lower School faculty members.

This is the one week intensive that a group of SCH faculty members will take in order to train their peers. Participants will learn to:
build community in online spaces, including peer to peer relationships and student and teacher relationships
design online learning experiences that promote student agency
design assessments that allow both students and teachers to know what students are learning with an emphasis on evidence of student work
